Nature and Scope of Job

We are seeking an experienced LeanIX Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support our Enterprise Architecture and IT portfolio management initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of LeanIX and a strong background in enterprise architecture, IT governance, and data modeling. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across IT, security, and business teams to optimize our use of the LeanIX platform and drive transparency and strategic decision-making across the application landscape.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary LeanIX expert and administrator for the organization.
  • Design and implement LeanIX use cases including Application Portfolio Management, Technology Risk, and Business Capability Mapping.
  • Lead the configuration and customization of the LeanIX platform to align with business and IT requirements.
  • Support the integration of LeanIX with other enterprise tools (e.g., ServiceNow, CMDB, Jira, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations within LeanIX.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end users.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, and application owners to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting related to LeanIX functionalities.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required

Qualifications

  • LeanIX certification(s)
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance, insurance, etc.)
  • Data analysis or BI/reporting skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or IT Portfolio Management.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with LeanIX, including configuration, administration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, capability mapping, and architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Experience integrating LeanIX with other systems such as ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira, or CMDBs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation

Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 65.00 - 85.00

The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.

Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.

Both full and part-time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part-time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
