Position Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a
Sales Administration and Contract Support Specialist. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities essential to our business operations, including:
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for internal teams and distributors, including KPI tracking and customized reports for Account Managers.
- Tender and Contract Management: Coordinate tender submissions, extensions, and legal documentation while supporting contract-related tasks with the Legal team.
- Finance and Operational Support: Assist with internal audits, tender guarantee payments, car leasing, reagent rental amortizations, and contract renewals.
- Customer Relations: Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries, managing documentation like CE certificates, product manuals, and supplier questionnaires.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Customer Care, Accounting, and other teams on revenue recognition, invoice management, and issue resolution.
- Purchasing, Customs and Dispatch: Oversee team purchases, manage supplier relationships, and handle orders requiring customs clearance and dispatch.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on a similar role, with emphasis on tender management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in sales operations, tender management, and contract support
- Ability to liaise effectively across departments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Fluent knowledge of Spanish and very good command of English (C1 level).
