We are seeking detail-oriented business owners in New Zealand to participate in a paid research project focused on the process of opening a new business banking account with a major New Zealand bank.

Project Overview:

As a participant, you will be compensated at a rate of $40 NZD per hour for your time spent going through the complete process of onboarding your incorporated business to a new business banking account with one of New Zealand's established banks between.

This will involve meticulously documenting each step of the journey, including online applications, form filling, phone calls, and any potential in-person branch visits. Documentation will be done through either video recordings or detailed screenshots, along with any follow-up requests for information.

Compensation:
