Job Description

We're seeking a strategic Content Marketing Contractor, to work on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) for the next 9 months, who can build a compelling brand narrative and audience for Groundfloor's innovative real estate investing platform.

This is our 1st major investment into content marketing. You will have the opportunity to define and build Groundfloor's content strategy from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the content strategy in partnership with the SEO, ensuring alignment on goals, distribution, and performance.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy focused on building brand authority and audience engagement
  • Create high-quality, naturally optimized content across multiple formats (blog, social media, video, email, and website/app copy)
  • Craft content that directly addresses investor questions and guides them through the investment journey
  • Translate complex real estate investing concepts into accessible, compelling narratives
  • Conduct content performance analysis and develop data-driven iterations
  • Develop content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement
