As a Performance Management Specialist, you will take on a hands-on role in the implementation and optimization of performance management processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Translate a newly defined performance management approach into clear processes
Align and document performance management processes across countries
Contribute to the selection and implementation of a performance management tool
Prepare communication materials and draft the communication plan for the rollout
Develop presentations and workshop content to support internal understanding
Work closely with HR and business stakeholders throughout the process
Ensure consistency in messaging and process design
