What You’ll Be Doing

🤝 Contact suppliers by phone on behalf of our clients to request lists of outstanding items.

💬 Follow up on previously sent written requests and maintain professional, tactful communication.

📧 Handle email correspondence and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

📂Perform light administrative tasks to support the statements collection process.

What We Are Looking For

🔧 Experience: Previous customer support or administrative experience is a plus

💻 Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Dutch

💡 Mindset: A self-starter with a growth mindset, a passion for problem-solving, and a collaborative spirit.

🕐 Availability: Flexible working contract, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week.
