Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1700 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-changing environments and enjoys solving problems, managing systems, and jumping into new challenges. You'll support the founder directly with day-to-day operations, internal coordination, and systems documentation, while also contributing to external client work across a range of industries.

This is not a passive admin role -- were looking for someone who is sharp, teachable, and eager to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the founder with scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination.
  • Assist in managing workflows and project timelines using tools like Trello or Notion.
  • Help prepare reports, organize documents, and streamline operational systems.
  • Communicate with clients and assist in delivering services across various industries.
  • Contribute to both internal and client-facing problem solving and execution.
  • Take initiative on tasks and look for opportunities to improve processes.


Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role.
  • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with any of the following: Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, Airtable, Slack, Zoom, Loom, QuickBooks.
