Salary Range:
up to 4000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a Creative Strategist who sits at the intersection of culture, copy, and conversion. This role will own the paid social creative strategy -- particularly for Meta platforms -- developing scroll-stopping, conversion-focused ad creatives that combine storytelling with performance insights. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, creative environments and are just as comfortable analyzing ROAS as they are crafting a killer hook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead creative strategy for all paid social campaigns -- especially Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Ideate and script ad concepts, video storyboards, and UGC angles designed to convert.
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators to deliver authentic, brand-aligned content.
  • Write persuasive direct-response copy for video, static ads, and other formats.
  • Brief in-house or freelance designers and editors to produce compelling assets.
  • Analyze ad performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and turn insights into creative iterations.
  • Stay current on platform changes, creative trends, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, media buying, and creative teams for campaign success.
  • Manage multiple creative projects with clear timelines and high quality output.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance creative, or paid social copywriting.
  • Strong background in e-commerce and Meta ad creatives.
  • Proven success in creating high-performing ad content backed by performance data.
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads platform, formats, and creative best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting skills -- especially for direct response and UGC-style ads.
  • Confident in briefing and managing UGC creators to deliver impactful results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and apply insights.
  • Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with TikTok ad creative and platform nuances.
  • Background in influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Basic video editing or design skills (e.g., CapCut, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
