We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Social & Google Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads. Your mission: drive traffic, increase conversions, and elevate our brand’s digital presence.
You’ll work closely with our creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver high-performing campaigns that generate measurable ROI and fuel business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Search, Google Display, and YouTube.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily; adjust strategy to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing across platforms.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and copy.
Report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay current with digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage advertising budgets across channels and ensure efficient spend.
Requirements
With hands-on experience with paid social and Google Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Proficient in ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
Data-driven with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing is a plus.
