As a Reductions Specialist, you’ll play a critical role as one of the final points of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. With a professional demeanor and a client-focused mindset, you’ll manage key responsibilities, including:
Initiating courtesy calls to clients upon case assignment, clearly explaining the reductions process.
Accurately logging case details, phone calls, and documents in our online document management system.
Verifying medical account balances and skillfully negotiating outstanding balances to secure optimal outcomes.
Promptly sending out reductions and maintaining proactive client communication, addressing inquiries daily.
Conducting case reviews and personal productivity audits to ensure excellence.
Tracking weekly metrics to support team goals.
