Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm GA Time with 1 hour unpaid break


Responsibilities:
As a Reductions Specialist, you’ll play a critical role as one of the final points of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. With a professional demeanor and a client-focused mindset, you’ll manage key responsibilities, including:
  • Initiating courtesy calls to clients upon case assignment, clearly explaining the reductions process.
  • Accurately logging case details, phone calls, and documents in our online document management system.
  • Verifying medical account balances and skillfully negotiating outstanding balances to secure optimal outcomes.
  • Promptly sending out reductions and maintaining proactive client communication, addressing inquiries daily.
  • Conducting case reviews and personal productivity audits to ensure excellence.
  • Tracking weekly metrics to support team goals.

Requirements
