Role Name: QA/Admin Checklist Verifier

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, 9am to 6pm M-F
  • Australian Eastern Time Zone hours

Client Timezone: Queensland/Sydney Time (AEST)

Job Description

As a QA/Admin Checklist Verifier, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of AI-processed legal documents within an innovative property technology platform. This position combines attention to detail with cutting-edge technology, as you verify and validate important property transaction documents. You’ll be part of a team ensuring the quality and accuracy of an AI-powered system that’s transforming how property transactions are processed in Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Verify accuracy of AI-processed property and legal documents
  • Compare and validate information across multiple document types
  • Review 10-page documents against established checklists
  • Process approximately 48 verifications daily (6 per hour)
  • Draft executive summaries of verified documents when required
  • Maintain detailed records of verification processes
  • Flag and escalate any discrepancies or concerns
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of verification processes


Requirements
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with document verification or quality control
  • Basic understanding of legal or property documentation preferred
  • Ability to maintain focus on detailed, repetitive tasks
  • Strong English comprehension and writing skills
  • Ability to work Australian Eastern Time Zone hours
  • Experience with document management systems beneficial
  • Comfort working with structured checklists and processes
