Job description

This is a remote position.

JOB DESCRIPTION: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage documents
  • Take and maintain meeting notes
  • Process and analyze emails, identifying outstanding items
  • Handle calendar management and meeting scheduling
  • Create and maintain Google documents and spreadsheets
  • Conduct initial research for project tasks
  • Coordinate project-related documentation

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with email management and analysis
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities
