This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM | Melbourne (Australian Eastern Time)
Process data entry and manage bookkeeping tasks in Xero
Generate and follow up on invoices and rental payments
Source and obtain quotes from vendors and suppliers
Coordinate event planning logistics, including packaging and gift box organization
Handle general administrative tasks and email correspondence
Assist with day-to-day operational requirements
Support business owners with various administrative projects as needed
Proficiency in Xero accounting software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written communication skills in English
Experience with data entry and basic bookkeeping
Ability to work independently and proactively
Familiarity with business email etiquette
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities
Scope:
Direct reporting to business owners
Access to business systems, including Xero and a booking platform
A flexible task list that may expand as the business grows
Collaboration with the wellness centre team
