Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Division: Weir Minerals
Location: Czech Republic
Remote

Purpose of Role: This role will ensure compliance with Czech labor laws, manage and update invoice lists using Microsoft Excel, and perform general administrative duties to support office operations. It will handle purchase and sales invoices with accuracy and process bank transactions promptly. Additionally, all administrative operations will adhere to the company's safety protocols, contributing to a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of Czech Law: Maintain a basic understanding of Czech labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

  • Excel Knowledge: Manage and update invoice lists, and correct entries based on source documents using Microsoft Excel.

  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of the office.

  • Invoice Management: Handle purchase and sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

  • Bank Transactions: Input necessary payments into the banking system accurately and promptly.

  • Safety First: Ensure all administrative operations comply with the company's safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus.

  • Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.

  • Proficient in Czech; communicative level of English is required.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
