Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Ontario, CA time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Remote work using provided software systems, including Phone Burner
Base salary plus 10% commission on all sales resulting from generated leads - subject to change
Ongoing commission for repeat sales from acquired clients
Initial focus on expanding the database of 5,000-6,000 U.S. companies

Responsibilities:
Conduct strategic outbound calls to a diverse list of potential clients in the United States, focusing on trucking companies and fleet operators
Utilize the Phone Burner system for efficient calling, voicemail drops, and email follow-ups
Gather and verify crucial contact information for key decision-makers within target companies
Identify and qualify promising leads, transferring them directly to you for further discussion and potential sales closure
Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead statuses within your CRM system
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and personalized communication
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and information gathering
Collaborate with you to refine sales strategies and improve outreach effectiveness
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales approach
Requirements
3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record in cold calling and lead generation
Exceptional communication skills with a neutral accent, capable of building rapport quickly over the phone
Demonstrated ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment
Proficiency in using CRM systems and eagerness to learn new sales technologies, particularly Phone Burner
Strong resilience and positive attitude when facing rejection or overcoming objections
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Basic understanding of the trucking or transportation industry (preferred but not required)
Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure that rewards success
High-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup
Availability to work 40 hours per week during standard business hours (Eastern Time)
