Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Manila Time
  • 40 hours per week

General Responsibilities:
  • Generate new B2B leads across emerging markets (Asia, Africa, and the Middle East)
  • Conduct cold outreach to prospective distributors, healthcare providers, and resellers
  • Use Zoho CRM to manage outreach activity and track engagement
  • Rely on templated email scripts, provided FAQs, and marketing materials to support outreach
  • Coordinate qualified leads with our internal closing team
  • Collaborate with an Account Manager for seamless hand-off post-sale
  • Maintain consistent communication with your team and adapt to feedback quickly


Requirements
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally with outreach in Asia or the Middle East. 
  • CRM knowledge (we use Zoho)
  • Strong communication, responsiveness, and follow-through
  • Extreme adaptability - able to adjust based on feedback or instructions from upper management
  • The ability to listen to prospects is key. While the first contact is almost always scripted, virtually all subsequent communication should be catered towards the prospect's needs, questions, and concerns.
  • Someone who has high career ambitions. This individual will have direct contact opportunities with senior management and will likely have conversations with the CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for growth and high-level exposure.

This role will require an NDA and non-compete agreement.
