Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break | Melbourne, Australia (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

Paid hours per week: 40 hours


Responsibilities:
  • General portfolio management (specific to tasks)
  • Prepare and process lease agreements for residential properties

  • Lease renewals and rental increases
  • Rent arrears management 
  • Handle administrative documentation for property management operations

  • Update and maintain records in PropertyMe system

  • Follow up and manage entry condition report submissions

  • Compliance and Maintenance handling
  • Coordinate and organize routine property inspections

  • Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants, addressing concerns promptly
  • Liaise with authorities and service providers as necessary.

Requirements
  • Experience with PropertyMe software (highly desired)

  • Previous property management industry experience

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information

  • Proficiency in property management software systems

  • Strong documentation and process following capabilities


Scope:
  • Back-office administrative role with no direct phone duties

  • Reports directly to the business owner

  • Manages the administrative aspects of 150 rental properties

  • Handles sensitive tenant and property data

  • Works within the Australian time zone (Melbourne-based business)
