Position Overview:

We are looking for a Commission-Based Real Estate Listing Manager to take ownership of managing and growing property listings on our new real estate portal. This role will require someone who is self-driven, organized, and experienced in managing property listings. You will be responsible for onboarding real estate agents, ensuring listings are accurate and up-to-date, and creating engaging content that showcases properties in the best light.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Property Listings: Onboard real estate agents and ensure properties are listed accurately, including high-quality photos, descriptions, and pricing.
  
• Content Creation: Craft compelling, SEO-friendly listing descriptions and ensure each listing is complete and visually appealing.
  
• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for real estate agents and clients, offering guidance and support for listing submissions.
  
• Market Research: Monitor market trends, pricing, and local property information to advise clients and maintain the competitiveness of listings.
  
• Quality Control: Perform regular checks to ensure all listings are up-to-date and remove outdated or irrelevant content.
  
• Sales & Networking: Work to grow the number of listings on the platform by proactively reaching out to real estate agents, building relationships, and offering incentives for new listings.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate (either as an agent, listing manager, or similar role).
  
• Strong understanding of real estate portals and how listings function.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings and projects simultaneously.
  
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
  
• Familiarity with SEO practices and digital marketing is a plus.
  
• Experience with MLS (Multiple Listing Service) platforms is a plus.
  
• Fluent in Portuguese & English 
  
• Valid Portugal Real Estate License
