Min 3.5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or a similar role. Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Experience executing social media platform activities and scheduling tools. Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Core responsibilities:

Content Creation & Design: Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and other media content using Canva or Adobe Suite for social media and email marketing. Social Media Execution: Implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring brand consistency. Content Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and implement posts using content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer). Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to maintain engagement. Email Marketing Execution: Execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and scheduling (not strategy development). Performance Tracking: Track and report key social media and email marketing metrics, providing insights for improvement. Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance engagement and brand presence.
