We have an opening for an IT Intern. This is a virtual/remote position to join our growing team in the United States.

What you will be doing

Giving IT support to client administrators and end-users, focusing on phone services support and configuration changes. Communication may be through phone, email or chat.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer success before and after sales.
Working alongside experienced staff and mentors in the delivery of client projects and support.
Collaborate with co-workers in the creation of new service products.
Provide support to end users.
Collaborate with co-workers in the maintenance of our internal infrastructure.
Handling ticket requests.

You must be able to work from home, have a quiet workspace, and have a computer and headset in good working order

Working hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).

Is currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and is expected to graduate within the next 12 months.
Has strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
Is self-managed, proactive, organized, and technically curious.
Possesses excellent problem-solving, teamwork and technical leadership skills.
Works effectively in a diverse/global team environment.
Has passion for learning and for helping others.
Has web development experience.
Has technical knowledge related to Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, etc.
