Full Stack Developer (React & .NET) 

• Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy complete front-end and back-end web applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Architectural Design: Participate in defining efficient and robust software architectures based on modern development principles.
• System Maintenance: Troubleshoot technical issues and perform regular updates to optimize existing systems and applications.
• Integrations: Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services to extend system functionalities.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to achieve project goals.
• Code Quality & Standards: Follow best practices for clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Focus on User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate user needs into tangible features and ensure the front-end is intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.

Technical Requirements

Back-end

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#).
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC/Web API for backend development.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development.

Front-end

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and pre-processors (Sass/Less).
• Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization and responsive web design.

Additional Skills

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Ability to design, implement, and optimize decision-based algorithms in a production environment.
• Comfortable working with data structures, logic flows, and performance considerations.
• Proficiency with Git and version control platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Education and Experience

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying React & .NET applications.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
