As a Customer Adoption Engineer, your mission will be to support clients in successfully adopting predictive maintenance into their daily operations, using Stratio’s solutions.

Your mission

You will join the Customer Enablement team, whose purpose is to help clients integrate predictive maintenance into their operations.You will support the team in managing french-speaking customer accounts at various stages of their journey — from onboarding to long-term adoption.


As Customer Adoption Specialist you will

Client Support & Enablement

  • Support onboarding activities for new clients, following Stratio’s Deployment approach.
  • Help document key client information, such as stakeholders, fleet composition, and maintenance processes.
  • Assist in planning and preparing customer meetings and follow-up communications.
  • Monitor product usage and support the team in identifying opportunities for improving platform adoption.
  • Identify and address customer sentiment to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Project Coordination

  • Assist in organizing and documenting steering committee meetings.
  • Support condition monitoring sessions by helping prepare failure analysis and usage reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed effectively.

Platform Support

  • Help manage client platform settings (user access, alerts, etc.).
  • Support the triage of client requests and feature suggestions.
  • Assist in maintaining a seamless and professional experience across the customer journey.

  • C1/C2 in French (Must be able to work with French speaking customers).

Location
  • This role can be performed Remotely in Portugal, or hybrid/office in Coimbra, Portugal.
  • No matter the setup you choose we expect you to be available to meet us at our Coimbra office when needed.
  • Expect that during the onboarding (first 2 to 3 months) to be working onsite one week per month in order to get to know the team and our operations.
