We are looking for a results-driven SaaS Sales Hunter for the Netherlands to acquire new business for SCALAR, our next-gen Fleet Management Solution. If you're a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of surpassing targets, we want you on our team.

What you can look forward to as Sales Consultant (m/f/d):
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking, to generate a high-quality lead pipeline. Manage assigned Sales Qualified Leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Discovery: Conduct effective in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within the prospect or customer organization.
- Opportunity Management: Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits, added value, and customization. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead to close, including effective negotiations to secure profitable agreements.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement. Maintain up-to-date records within our CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Customer Relationships: Build a strong rapport with multiple stakeholders along the entire sales-cycle.
- Feedback: Share field insights for product improvement and marketing campaigns.
Your profile as Sales Consultant (m/f/d):
- You have a degree in engineering or economics and have min. 10 years of experience with 5y in a techno-commercial, business development or project management role
- You can think and act strategically, build strategic roadmaps and this with a personal affinity towards engineering
- You have Business Development skills to assess opportunities and product profitability
- You are a Team player with strong communication skills towards internal stakeholders as well as with customers
- You are fluent in English, and willing to travel up to 25% of your working hours
