Doit avoir un MBA ou une maîtrise (préférablement un doctorat) dans un domaine relié à la gestion des opérations. Doit aussi démontrer une expérience professionnelle récente dans le domaine du cours. Doit également avoir une bonne expérience de l'enseignement, de préférence en gestion des opérations.
