Introduction à la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement : formulation des stratégies, conception de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, systèmes de juste à temps. Planifier, gérer et contrôler les opérations : prévision, planification intégrée, contrôle des inventaires, planification des besoins en matières et introduction à la planification des consommations. Introduction à gestion et au contrôle de la qualité.

Requirements:

Doit avoir un MBA ou une maîtrise (préférablement un doctorat) dans un domaine relié à la gestion des opérations. Doit aussi démontrer une expérience professionnelle récente dans le domaine du cours. Doit également avoir une bonne expérience de l'enseignement, de préférence en gestion des opérations.
