Min 2.5 years Proven experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable and professional on the phone Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized tasks simultaneously Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred
Core responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer phone calls and assist with questions, concerns, or service inquiries Follow up on voicemails and missed calls from overnight or off-hours Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner Log and track all customer interactions in the CRM system Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to internal teams Maintain an organized follow-up system to ensure no customer inquiry goes unanswered
