Job Description

As the SEO Specialist, you’ll be responsible for implementing on-page and off-page SEO strategies that improve search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and generate high-quality leads for the client’s businesses. You’ll conduct keyword research, optimize content, and monitor performance using industry tools. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on analytics, enjoys staying ahead of algorithm updates, and is passionate about helping businesses grow through search visibility.

Responsibilities

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for ranking improvements
Optimize website content, metadata, images, and internal linking structures
Perform regular site audits and recommend technical improvements
Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in new content
Build and manage backlink strategies, including outreach and guest posting
Stay up to date on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports and actionable insights

Requirements

Proven experience in SEO with measurable results
Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar
Strong understanding of Google ranking factors, technical SEO, and keyword research
Proficiency in using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written English communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress (preferred but not required)
