Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Part-time - Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 20 hours/week
  • Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (Sydney/NSW)

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate business development meetings
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and follow-ups
  • Convert qualified leads into active business partnerships
  • Collaborate with management to refine business development strategies
  • Track and report on key performance metrics


Requirements
  • 2-3 years of proven business development or sales experience
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
  • Experience in construction, insurance, or property services industry preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools and basic computer applications
  • Available to work Australian Eastern Time zone hours
  • Remote work experience preferred
