Job Description Summary

Assist the Service Manager in managing and running SDWAN services.

Role Nature: Combination of technical and administrative tasks.

Required Background: Proven background in WAN/SDWAN service management with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Design and Implementation
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization
  • Security Management
  • Ticket Management: Handle and resolve tickets efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting: Lead troubleshooting sessions to resolve issues.
  • Problem Investigation: Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and complete investigations.
  • Supplier Meetings: Coordinate and participate in meetings with suppliers.
  • Project Management: Oversee ongoing service delivery projects with suppliers.
  • Planning and Control: Manage planning and control activities.
  • Technical Fault Management: Address technical faults as needed.

Key Requirements

  • SD-WAN and SASE: Expertise in SD-WAN and SASE-based networks.
  • LAN/WLAN: Strong knowledge of LAN and WLAN.
  • Firewalls and Cloud Protection: Proficiency with Prisma Palo Alto firewalls and cloud protection.
  • IP Addressing: Experience in managing IP address pools.

Nice to Have

  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers and ticket management tools.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

Other Details

Role entails remote collaboration with suppliers and technical stakeholders in an evolving service delivery environment.
