ICITAP is a cornerstone of America’s global strategy for combating transnational crime, terrorism, countering trafficking in persons, establishing rule of law and enhancing human rights in developing countries. Amentum is the contract service provider to the DOJ ICITAP and Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training (OPDAT) programs.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Amentum is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a part-time advisor for the Global Countering Iranian-Backed Proxies Program. This position will be responsible for providing guidance on the overall strategy and approach of the program and spearheading solutions to identified gaps. This position will also be responsible for conducting various trainings, workshops, assessments, and equipment donations to law enforcement and counterterrorism agencies around the world. In this position, the candidate will also work closely with ICITAP Headquarters staff to continue US Government and partner countries’ efforts to strengthen bilateral and regional capacity for countering malign Iranian influence and Hizballah's activities.
