This is a remote position.

Role Name: Bilingual B2B Appointment Setter / SDR

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm Miami time

Client Timezone: EST/EDT (Miami, FL based)

Join a growing merchant services company as a bilingual appointment setter, where you'll play a crucial role in connecting businesses across South Florida with innovative payment solutions. You'll work alongside an established team of closers, leveraging your Spanish-English bilingual abilities to break into the vibrant Miami market. This role offers the perfect opportunity to utilize your B2B sales skills while working with a dynamic team that values your ability to connect with diverse business owners and create meaningful opportunities.


Scope:

  • Territory: Broward, Palm Beach, and Dade counties in Florida

  • 35-40 hours per week

  • Remote work

  • Target of 6-10 qualified appointments per month

  • Focus on initial contact and appointment setting only, no closing required

  • Direct integration with internal sales team and systems


Responsibilities
:

  • Conduct outbound B2B calls to businesses in South Florida's tri-county area

  • Set qualified appointments for the closing team

  • Engage with prospects in both Spanish and English

  • Document call outcomes and maintain accurate records in the company CRM

  • Handle initial qualifying questions about merchant services

  • Break the ice with prospects and create warm introductions for closers


Requirements
:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)

  • B2B sales experience with proven track record

  • Appointment setting experience

  • Strong communication skills in both languages

  • Basic understanding of merchant services terminology (preferred)

  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern time zone hours

  • Experience with CRM systems
