Schedule:

Job Description:

Take on an exciting role at the intersection of commercial real estate and retail expansion, working with some of the UK’s most recognized brands. You’ll be instrumental in a sophisticated matching process that connects major retailers like McDonald’s, Burger King, and Domino’s with their ideal commercial properties across the UK. Using specialized property databases and retail requirement systems, you’ll analyze and identify perfect-fit locations that align with specific retailer criteria. This position offers unique exposure to both the property sector and major retail brands, providing valuable insights into commercial real estate dynamics and retail expansion strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret retailer location requirements for major UK brands using specialized software platforms
  • Research and evaluate commercial property listings across multiple UK cities using premium property databases

  • Conduct thorough location-based searches to identify prime commercial opportunities in target cities
  • Create comprehensive property matches that align with specific retailer requirements for size, location type, and frontage preferences
  • Monitor and track commercial property availability across various UK markets
  • Maintain detailed records of potential matches and opportunities
  • Generate regular reports on promising property-retailer combinations
  • Collaborate with management to refine and improve the matching process
