This is a remote position.
Conduct outbound cold calls to pitch and close loan deals.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow-up leads when necessary.
Manage and update CRM with qualified leads and application progress.
Coordinate loan application requirements such as bank statements, ID kits, and consent forms.
Collaborate with the Skyecap Sales Team and external third-party lenders to ensure smooth processing and handover of deals.
Assist with some post-sale activities such as contract signing, confirmation of funding, and potential referral generation.
Communicate with clients via email to coordinate application steps and respond to queries.
Review and filter incoming leads to ensure completeness and qualification before submission.
Work with marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in sales processing.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in financial services, lending, or loan processing.
Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling with a strong ability to close deals.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience using CRMs to manage leads and workflow.
Familiarity with reviewing loan documents and coordinating application requirements.
Comfortable working independently and across teams to ensure deal flow and application accuracy.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Strong coordination skills to handle internal sales and third-party lender communications.
