Execute strategic lead generation campaigns using advanced CRM systems
Manage and optimize lead outreach processes through digital channels
Implement systematic text-based communication using professional templates
Maintain detailed records of all outreach activities and lead interactions
Process and categorize leads according to established protocols
Monitor response patterns and escalate promising opportunities to management
Contribute to the optimization of outreach processes and workflows
Track and report on key performance metrics
Proven computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems
Experience with or aptitude for CRM platforms and digital communication tools
Strong attention to detail and process adherence
Excellent written English communication skills
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Ability to work independently while following established procedures
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Availability to work Eastern Time (EST) hours
Comfort with a Wednesday through Sunday schedule
