About the Role
This role is laser-focused on paid social media buying. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across major social platforms. From TikTok trends to Twitter engagement tactics, your job is to maximize reach, performance, and ROI through smart audience targeting, data-led optimization, and strong platform expertise.
You’ll work closely with our media team and other departments to bring fresh, high-performing campaigns to life across all major social networks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Launch, manage, and scale paid social media campaigns across TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and Facebook
- Monitor campaign performance, test creatives, and continuously optimize for ROI
- Leverage audience data, platform tools, and creative best practices to refine targeting and messaging
- Own media budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to hit KPIs and deliver efficient spend
- Translate performance metrics into actionable insights and present results regularly
- Stay up-to-date on social platform trends, features, and algorithm changes
- Explore new opportunities within emerging platforms and social trends
- Collaborate with creatives, developers, and strategy teams to align goals and messaging
Who You Are
- Social media advertising is your domain. You know TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter/X Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager like the back of your hand
- 2+ year of hands-on experience running performance campaigns across at least two of the above platforms
- Analytical thinker with strong data interpretation skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and always looking for ways to optimize
- Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Background in affiliate marketing (degree or certification is a plus, but not required)
- Experience in online gambling, sports betting, or casino marketing
- Creative instincts and a strong understanding of social platform trends
