This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (15 hours/week)
  • Monday to Friday from 4PM to 7PM Eastern Time (North Carolina)

Job Description

We’re seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter to join our growing team in a role that directly impacts our partners’ success. You’ll work closely with our accomplished sales team to drive business growth through strategic appointment setting for premium residential services. This position offers an exciting blend of base pay and performance-based incentives, with clear pathways for advancement as we rapidly scale our operations. As we expand from our current partnerships to serving seven major service providers in the next 60 days, you’ll have the opportunity to grow with us, potentially advancing into a leadership role as we build out our appointment setting team to 20+ members.

  • Schedule 8-10 qualified appointments daily for field sales representatives

  • Coordinate with high-performing sales teams to optimize their daily routes
  • Manage appointment scheduling across multiple service territories
  • Track all activities and outcomes in our modern CRM system
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointment details
  • Build strong relationships with our sales team to understand their needs and preferences
  • Contribute to team success metrics through consistent appointment generation
  • Adapt scheduling strategies based on territory and market demands
