2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns Proven success scaling paid social campaigns with strong ROAS Deep understanding of audience targeting, pixel implementation, and attribution models Experience with creative testing and performance-driven ad design principles Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and analytics tools Bonus: Experience with other paid platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Core responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads Manager) Develop full-funnel strategies across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages Conduct A/B testing on creative, copy, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and ROAS Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates and report insights to stakeholders Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to align ad creatives with brand messaging and campaign goals Set up custom audiences, lookalike audiences, pixel tracking, and event setup Stay on top of Meta platform updates, ad policy changes, and industry trends Maintain strong documentation and reporting practices across campaigns
