Job Title: Inbound/Outbound Scheduling Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD base + performance incentives

Work Schedule:
Thursday - Monday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a highly motivated Inbound/Outbound Scheduling Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable handling both inbound service inquiries and high-volume outbound appointment scheduling. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced communication and takes pride in providing timely, friendly, and professional service. Weekend availability is essential, and top performers will be eligible for incentive-based pay on top of the base salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make proactive outbound calls to schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Respond to inbound customer service calls with professionalism and clarity.
  • Coordinate in real-time with field technicians to optimize scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records and status updates in CRM and internal systems.
  • Follow up on open service tickets and provide timely customer updates.
  • Deliver helpful, courteous support while working independently.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to stay productive without close supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and VoIP/internet-based phone systems.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction services.
  • Spanish language proficiency (not required).
