What the programme looks like:
You’ll start in Customer Support, where you’ll build a strong foundation in customer communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge. From there, you’ll rotate every six months through Customer Education, Community Management, and Account Management, gaining real experience across our CX org.
After 18 months and successful completion of at least three out of four rotations, you’ll be promoted from Level 1 (focused on execution and following established processes) to Level 2 (taking ownership of projects and driving improvements). This reflects a step up in autonomy, accountability, and impact. You’ll then move into a long-term role aligned with your strengths, interests, and the needs of the business — with continued support to help you grow.
Each team offers a unique opportunity to develop different skill sets. In Customer Support, you’ll handle real-time issues and develop strong problem-solving and communication skills. Customer Education focuses on onboarding, training, and empowering users to get the most out of our products. Community Management is all about engaging with our user base, gathering feedback, and building strong customer relationships at scale. In Account Management, you’ll work more strategically with customers to drive retention, growth, and long-term success.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for high-performing individuals with experience in a SaaS or e-commerce environment, ideally in a customer-facing role such as support, customer success, onboarding, or account management.
You should already have a solid foundation working with customers, and now be looking for an opportunity to level up, grow quickly, and gain exposure across multiple functions.
This programme is not entry-level — it’s designed for people who are hungry to grow, ready to be challenged, and capable of hitting the ground running in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Has proven experience supporting customers in a SaaS or e-commerce business
Works proactively, takes ownership, and thrives in a dynamic, remote-first setup
