We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Intern to join our team for a high-impact, hands-on internship. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing, consumer engagement, and business strategy. You will support the execution of social and digital campaigns, contribute to compelling content strategies, and deliver actionable business insights that help shape go-to-market planning and national awareness campaigns.  

Strategic Digital Marketing & Content Development (65%) 

  • Support the development and execution of social media, digital advertising, and integrated marketing campaigns 

  • Create and refine compelling thought leadership, brand messaging, and awareness content across channels 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support campaign development, including creative briefs, content calendars, and measurement 

  • Provide recommendations to improve engagement and alignment with target audience segments (e.g., B2B buyers, healthcare professionals, patients) 

Market Strategy & Innovation (30%)* 

  • Contribute to the strategic planning of new marketing initiatives and national campaigns 

  • Participate in the development of messaging frameworks  

 

Other marketing tasks decided by manager (5%)* 

*The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs. 

Qualifications Expected for Position 

  • Current student with a focus in marketing,  business, healthcare, or communications. MBA an asset.  

  • Excellent writing and editing skills—sharp, clear, and audience-aware 

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about brand voice and positioning 

  • Interest in healthcare, digital wellness, or purpose-driven marketing 

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
