Job description

This is a remote position.

Role: Salesperson
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7 AM - 4 PM California Time - includes 1 hr unpaid break

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-ticket contracts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to overcome objections, particularly around pricing, to secure deals.
  • Build and maintain trust with clients, especially those unfamiliar with the construction process, ensuring positive engagement and long-term relationships.
  • Differentiate offerings from lower-cost competitors by clearly communicating value and unique selling points.
  • Consistently work towards achieving the company's goal of closing deals through effective pipeline management and strategic sales approaches.


Requirements
  • CANDIDATES MUST AGREE TO SUBMIT A VIDEO RECORDING ANSWERING THE CLIENT'S QUESTIONS
  • Minimum of 3 years in remote sales, preferably in high-ticket, luxury, or construction-related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Exceptional ability to build rapport and trust virtually while addressing client concerns.
  • Expertise in handling objections, particularly around pricing and competitive differentiation.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct engaging virtual presentations via Zoom or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in creating persuasive email communications and proposals.
  • Ability to manage a remote sales pipeline independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., ClickUp), virtual meeting tools, and project management software.
  • Proficiency with virtual sales tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms such as ClickUp.
  • Experience with Social Media is a plus but not required
