Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 4200 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

Were seeking a hands-on, data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to build and manage a full-funnel digital marketing engine. You'll own digital campaign strategy and execution across paid ads, SEO, and social, while also coordinating with freelancers or agencies for content, website, and creative needs. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with experience in high-volume lead generation and a track record of measurable success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and Nextdoor.
  • Manage SEO efforts and coordinate with vendors/agencies for implementation.
  • Oversee Google Local Services Ads and maintain the companys Google Business Profile.
  • Plan and run social media campaigns, aligning brand voice and community relevance.
  • Manage content calendar and coordinate deliverables (blogs, landing pages, ads, etc.).
  • Own weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting and analytics.
  • Allocate and manage a $700K+ annual marketing budget to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including writers, designers, and freelancers.
  • Run email and SMS marketing campaigns as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Strong English writing and copywriting skills
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies preferred


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with ServiceTitan (CRM).
  • Familiarity with AgencyAnalytics dashboard.
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar visual content tools.
  • Experience in the home services industry (HVAC/plumbing).
  • Demonstrated ability to reduce CPL in competitive consumer industries.
  • Experience managing small agencies or subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with regional/local digital marketing dynamics in the U.S.
  • Background in paid media, performance tracking, and SEO across platforms.
