Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
Support the preparation of financial statements according to IFRS standards.
Reconcile cash books and bank statements for accuracy.

2. Audit & Compliance

Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit periods.
Prepare documentation and assist in compiling audit reports.

3. Banking & Transactions

Prepare and process bank transfers and ensure timely payments.

4. Administrative Support

Organize and maintain accounting files and records.
Manage scanned documents in internal systems effectively.

5. Ad-Hoc Tasks

Provide general support to the finance team as assigned by senior staff.
