Position: Marketing Smart Staff

Working Hours: US Business Hours

Hiring Company: We are a 10 year old remote staffing business with a fully remote team of 100+ employees. We started as a customer service agency, but have leveraged our client experience and technical acumen to become the industry's first AI empowered (human) virtual assistant service.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Smart Staff (VA) to support our marketing initiatives. This role requires someone who can coordinate marketing campaigns, analyze data, manage email marketing, and handle content planning, along with General Operations Assistance. If you have experience with marketing tools, AI software, and project management platforms, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support (50%)

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO)
  • Manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Create marketing reports and track campaign performance
  • Assist in content creation and proofreading for blogs, newsletters, and ads
  • Manage digital assets and marketing materials
  • Support paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

General Operations Assistance (50%)

  • Manage calendars (Google Calendar, Calendly)
  • Handle email and inbox management
  • Update project management tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp
  • Conduct data entry and research
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reports

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on marketing management and remote work
  • Experience in email marketing, campaign management, and content planning
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, Notion AI, Canva AI) – preferred but not required
  • Strong skills in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
  • Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong general business support skills, including:
    • Administrative assistance
    • Calendar and schedule management
    • Email and inbox handling
    • Basic documentation and reporting
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
  • Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express)

Technical Requirements: (* are required)

  1. Stable high-speed internet with backup
  2. Computer (laptop or desktop) with recommended quad-core CPU 2.5hgz+, RAM 8GB+, and dual monitor
  3. Headset, mic, and webcam for meetings
  4. Focused workspace
