Requirements

  • Min 2.5 years Proven experience in remote sales, preferably in roofing, home improvement, or construction industries. 
  • Ability to explain technical details and roofing solutions clearly to customers. Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and digital sales tools.

Core responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with leads to schedule appointments. 
  • Qualify potential customers by asking the right questions to assess their roofing needs. 
  • Educate homeowners about our roofing services, warranties, and special offers. Maintain a strong understanding of company services and promotions to effectively engage leads. 
  • Update and manage CRM records with accurate lead details and appointment schedules. 
  • Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule when necessary. Meet and exceed appointment-setting quotas by consistently reaching out to new leads. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of scheduled appointments.
