Core responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads generated through Facebook ads and other online platforms. Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to schedule facility tours and trial classes Clearly communicate membership benefits, class offerings, and pricing structures to prospective members. Build rapport with leads and address any questions or concerns to encourage sign-ups. Track and manage all leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals for new memberships. Assist with marketing efforts, including promotional offers and referral programs.
