Lauren Kulp is a dynamic entrepreneur and licensed professional in both law and clinical social work. She leads multiple mission-driven organizations: the Southeastern Fracture Consortium Foundation, a medical education nonprofit; Tandem Legal Solutions, a national jury consulting firm; Tandem Collaborative Wellness, a telehealth therapy practice; and TandemALS Wellness, a unique wellness service for individuals and families affected by ALS. We are seeking a proactive, thoughtful, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support Lauren in managing multiple fast-paced and purpose-driven businesses. You must be aligned with the following Core Values:

This role is essential to keeping multiple mission-driven organizations running smoothly and requires someone who thrives on structure, precision, and meaningful work. You must take pride in delivering excellence, hold yourself to high standards, and be someone who can be trusted to follow through with care and consistency.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple email inboxes with professionalism and clarity
  • Coordinating a dynamic calendar across meetings, travel, and shifting priorities
  • Supporting client onboarding, communication, invoicing, and milestone tracking
  • Preparing therapy sessions by reviewing documentation, organizing materials, and conducting light research
  • Assisting with trial preparation, including juror research, document organization, and material assembly
  • Tracking and organizing tasks and projects to ensure smooth progress and follow-through
  • Taking occasional calls on the client's behalf to support communication and scheduling
  • Flagging key priorities and providing end-of-day status updates
  • Assisting with planning and executing the nonprofit's annual conference, including speaker logistics and communications
  • Creating and scheduling social media posts, writing captions, designing graphics, and developing a basic content calendar
  • Engaging with followers, tagging partners, re-sharing content, managing comments, and keeping bios, links, and analytics up to date

Position Details

  • This is a 1099 contractor position (possibility of being W2 depending on state of residence)
  • The position will be 15-20 hours per week, with the potential to grow to 25 hours per week
  • Hours are Monday - Friday, flexible between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm ET
  • The pay rate is $24/hr. USD
  • You must be able to pass a background check
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
