Job description

CitizenGO is Hiring a Contact Center Officer (LATAM)

📍 Location: Remote, Latin America
⏳ Work Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Be the First Line of Support for a Global Movement

CitizenGO is seeking a Contact Center Officer to manage our Latin American inbox. If you have a heart for life, family, and freedom—and love bringing clarity, empathy, and order to every message you send—this is your opportunity to serve on the front lines of our global mission.

You’ll be the first point of contact for thousands of supporters across Latin America—responding to emails, managing donor requests, and representing CitizenGO’s values in every interaction. Your work will help build trust, foster engagement, and ensure our campaigns stay connected to the people who power them.

This is not a passive support role. It’s an active, mission-critical position that requires quick thinking, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to our cause.

About the Role

As Contact Center Officer (LATAM), you’ll manage and respond to all Spanish-language correspondence from Latin America. You’ll assist with donation and volunteer inquiries, flag powerful stories from supporters, and collaborate with campaigners to make sure our messaging hits home.

You’ll also contribute to translations, update our Help Center resources, and help optimize how we communicate. Your insights will shape internal processes and improve our supporter experience across the board.

If you're service-minded, sharp with details, and fluent in Spanish and English, we want you on the team!
