Bright Horizons College Coach is proud of the comprehensive suite of services we provide to families that cover all aspects of the college planning, finance, and application process. Our goal is to welcome as many families as possible to access the educational guidance we provide. Our College Coach Concierge team offers clients their first introduction to the scope of the College Coach employee benefit and help families maximize the use of College Coach services for their eligible dependent(s).
The College Coach Concierge is a Remote position available in the United States. It is a seasonal, part time role that runs from May through August.
Responsibilities:
Conduct intake counseling sessions over the phone to welcome families and introduce them to the full scope of their comprehensive Bright Horizons College Coach benefit
Draw on your high school counseling and college planning expertise to schedule appropriate follow-up appointments for families
Build on your counseling experience to work with a diverse group of families at various socioeconomic levels
Track all work in the online client registration system
Part time, weekday hours (a minimum 15 hours per week with the option to flex up to 25 hours a week)

Qualifications:
3 years High school counseling experience is required
Bachelor's Degree is required (3 years of additional experience would be considered in lieu of an applicable degree)
3 years Undergraduate admissions, career planning, or other relevant experience is preferred
Willingness to learn and promote our benefit
The ability to communicate effectively and meet families where they are in the process
High degree of integrity and teamwork, positive and flexible attitude, confident presence, and a professional manner
Ability to work independently
Access to reliable phone, personal computer, and internet service
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $29.00 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, new employees in this role receive 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked if hired in Washington state, and sick leave as specified by local law if hired in other locations.
