Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations. You'll play a key role in managing accounts payable, maintaining financial records, and supporting monthly close processes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to grow their career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments.
  • Record financial transactions and maintain up-to-date ledgers and journal entries.
  • Track and document company expenses and payments.
  • Oversee employee and store expense reports.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and reconcile accounts.
  • Assist with month-end closing, including financial reports and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and accounting standards.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • CPA or equivalent certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 1 year of experience with AP processes, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, ERP systems); Acumatica experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies or international teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
