Marketing Assistant (ZR_21675_JOB)

This is a remote position.

• Assist with general digital marketing tasks and content coordination.
  

• Provide light copywriting and proofreading for emails and social media posts.
  

• Edit short-form video clips for digital platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
  

• Design visually appealing branded assets using Canva that align with the company’s aesthetic.
  

• Write and format clear, faceless branded content with strong storytelling elements.
  

• Assist in creating and scheduling newsletters, primarily using Behiiv or similar tools.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or virtual assistance for personal/digital brands.
  

• Familiarity with newsletter platforms like Behiiv (or a willingness to learn quickly).
  

• Strong skills in Canva for creating on-brand visual assets.
  

• Basic video editing skills (trimming, adding subtitles, resizing for social formats).
  

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  

• Strong written communication with keen attention to formatting and detail.
  

• Ability to follow creative direction and adapt to an existing brand tone.
  

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
